Jason is a global business leader, trusted strategic advisor, and digital governance leader. He's experienced in advancing cybersecurity risk oversight in America's corporate boardrooms.

Frugé is formerly the VP and Chief Information Security Officer at Upbound Group (FKA Rent-A-Center). Before his time at Upbound Group, Jason was CISO to several large enterprises, including Fossil Group, Signet Jewelers, and Cerner Healthcare. Jason also served as the global head of infrastructure security at Citi.

Jason's experience as an information security executive spans worldwide organizations where he has proven skills in developing strategy, operations, and advising on information technology issues.

Jason has helped businesses understand the risks and strategically aligned information security programs customized for the organizations they are designed to protect. As an Information Security Leader, Jason implemented corporate oversight and management governance of information security. At CitiGroup, Jason was responsible for securing the infrastructure worldwide. At Rent-A-Center, Fossil Group, and Signet Jewelers, Jason served as the CISO. He reported cybersecurity risks to the Board and Executive Committees, advised on strategies, and implemented decisions.
He is a board Qualified Technology Expert (QTE) and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
